ADV373 - INTEGRATED COMM CAMPAIGNS
In my capstone course, I worked on a semester-long integrated campaign for Evil MoPac, an award-winning Austin-based social media brand. As part of the Creative team, I led Creative Strategy and spearheaded a rebrand, designing a new logo to enhance the brand’s identity. I also developed merchandise concepts and created real-life mockups, which were presented as part of our final pitch.
FA355 - WOMEN IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Co-taught by Jan Ryan and Kendra Scott, this course focused on empowering students with the tools and mindset to build businesses and overcome challenges unique to women in entrepreneurship. Through guest speakers, hands-on exercises, and collaborative projects, we explored how to turn ideas into action.
For our final project, my team created NutriQuest, an adventure-based nutrition app for kids ages 5–8. The app transforms mealtime struggles by using storytelling and gameplay to build healthy food relationships. I lead the project’s strategy and creative direction, developing key game mechanics, designing user experience elements, and ensuring the concept aligned with our mission. I also designed and presented our final Rocket Pitch, crafting a compelling visual story that brought our vision to life for stakeholders.
ADV345J - MEDIA PLANNING
In my Media Planning course, I worked on a strategic media campaign for Summer Moon Coffee’s expansion into Raleigh, North Carolina. As the Design Lead, I developed the visual components of our pitch, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across media channels. Additionally, I stepped into a Project Manager role, overseeing our team’s workflow and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. I also led the development of our flight strategy, mapping out key media touchpoints to maximize brand awareness and engagement throughout the year.
ADV378 - OWNED MEDIA CONTENT MARKETING
In my Owned Media Content Marketing course, my team developed a content strategy for QuikTrip to enhance the driving experience for frequent travelers. As the Creative and Strategic Lead, I helped shape our core insight—addressing boredom on the road by making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination. Our strategy focused on enhancing QT’s mobile app with interactive features and launching engaging social media content and games to create a more entertaining and resourceful experience for drivers. In addition to leading the creative direction, I also served as Project Manager, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of our content marketing plan.
